How does it work?

Optional :

× All custom phone case orders come with a free matching beaded phone strap, but you may decline it if you so wish.
× A custom matching phone grip add-on is an additional +$10. Please note that it is a permanent addition to the case and cannot be taken off or swapped with other grips.

Important Information :

× Please allow a 2-4 week timeline for your case to be made. The length of time varies due to needing to order supplies per phone case request.
× I do not accept rush orders on custom cases. If you are ordering one for an occasion, please plan accordingly.
× These phone cases are meant for aesthetics only and not for protection! They can be delicate and are not recommended for daily use.
× It is common for peeling or charms to fall off over time and usage. If anything starts to peel or fall off, super glue or a crafting glue is recommended to attach it back on.

Q : Can you make a decoden phone case for xxx phone?
A : Yes! As long as a case exists for your phone online, I can absolutely make it.

Q : Can you leave an empty space for a photo window or a phone grip?
A : Yes! Just let me know the size of the space and where you would like it to be.

Q : Can you work with a magsafe phone case?
A : Sorry, no! I find magsafe phone cases very difficult to work with due to the limited amount of usable space around the magnet.

Q : Can you remake a past phone case design for my phone model?
A : Yes! I might not have all the exact same charms/materials used in the original design, but I will do my best to make it as close as possible.
